Hassan Beydoun and Jose Ramirez both had an excellent game on Nov 2. against Toledo. Due to their performances, Beydoun received his first MAC Player of the Week honors and Ramirez garnered the honor for the second time.
The Eastern Michigan Eagles trailed struggled in 34-26 loss against the Ohio University Bobcats. The upset defeat to the Bobcats (3-7 overall, 3-3 MAC) officially eliminates the Eagles (6-4 overall, 3-3 MAC) from MAC title contention.

Eastern Michigan cross country team hosted the MAC championship at the Eagle’s Crest Country Club. Eastern Michigan’s men's cross country team was able to defend their title and win their 25th MAC championship, which is also their 15th consecutive win in the past 17 years.
EMU not only became bowl eligible with this win against Toledo, but they also had not beaten Toledo in The Glass Bowl since 1999.

The Eastern Michigan University track & field team competed at the Tennessee Relays on April 7 through April 9 at Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium. On the first day, junior Newlyn Stephenson and sophomore Miranda Cadwell highlighted the day, both achieving top-10 performances for the program. Stephenson threw a personal-best throw of 64.36m, topping his previous record of 63.97m.
Freshman Ella Chemotti earned an individual invitation to the NCAA Regional Championships March 30 - April 2. Chemotti scored a 9.900 on beam at the NCAA Regional Championships and tied for second place.
The Eastern Michigan mens’ baseball team took on Western Michigan in a double-header on Saturday, where a split resulted in the two sets. Freshman Adam Falinski threw his second complete game on the season to earn EMU a win in game one.
The EMU rowing team raced against the MSU Spartans on April 2. The 2V8 race had a great turnout, with the Eagles finishing only 0.04 seconds behind.
The Eastern Michigan University women's tennis team traveled to Kalamazoo, MI on March 25. for a matchup against Western Michigan. A hard-fought battle from both teams concluded in a 3-4 win for the Broncos over the Eagles. EMU did not secure any double points, losing both the No. 1 and No. 3 matches while No. 2 was unable to be finished.
The Eastern Michigan University mens' basketball team (7-11, 2-5 MAC), took on Bowling Green State University (11-9, 4-5 MAC), which resulted in an 85-71 loss for the Eagles. Freshman Colin Golson Jr. led the team in scoring, putting up 16 points. Junior Bryce McBride added on 15 points. The Eagles look to bounce back at home on Saturday, Jan. 29, against Miami University.
