On May 1, the Eastern Michigan baseball squad dominated Bowling Green State University with a 19-4 victory. The Eagles earned several season bests, including eight home runs and 19 total runs.

The Eastern Michigan University men's baseball team took on Alma College inside Comerica Park on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. The Eagles came away with a 5-1 win over the Scots, as senior Taylor Hopkins hit two home runs to lead the Eagles.

Eastern Michigan University men’s golf team traveled to Naperville, Ill. April 29-May 1 to compete in the Mid-American Conference Championships. On May 1, EMU’S men's golf team finished the 2022 Mid-American Conference Championship with a tie for fifth place with Miami University.

EMU women's golf finishes in seventh place with a 954 at MAC Championships

EMU baseball faces Miami Ohio University in 43rd game since 1999

Saturday's matchup between the Eagles and RedHawks marked the 43rd meeting since 1999. In the first game of the series, the Eagles fell short against Miami Ohio resulting in a loss. The final score was 11-5 bringing the team’s win-loss record versus the RedHawks to (30-13).

The Eastern Michigan University tennis team (14-15, 2-6 Mid-American Conference), took on Nothern Illinois University (15-11, 2-6 Mid-American Conference) on Friday, April 15. Redshirt Senior Luisa Pelayo had a big day as she earned wins in both doubles and singles action, but it wasn't enough for EMU as the Eagles fell to the Huskies, 4-3.

The Eastern Michigan University baseball program clashed with The University of Miami Ohio in Oxford, Ohio on Monday, Apr. 11 in the final game of a four-game series. Monday's matchup between the Eagles and RedHawks marked the 49th meeting since 1999. In the last game of the series, the Eagles soared higher than the RedHawks, claiming victory with a final score of 12-7. The Eagles’ victory improves the matchup win-loss record against the RedHawks to (16-33).

Newlyn Stephenson joins top five throwers in EMU's record book at the Tennessee Relays

The Eastern Michigan University track & field team competed at the Tennessee Relays on April 7 through April 9 at Tom Black Track at LaPorte Stadium. On the first day, junior Newlyn Stephenson and sophomore Miranda Cadwell highlighted the day, both achieving top-10 performances for the program. Stephenson threw a personal-best throw of 64.36m, topping his previous record of 63.97m.

EMU women's tennis team gives their all in close clash with Western Michigan

The Eastern Michigan University women's tennis team traveled to Kalamazoo, MI on March 25. for a matchup against Western Michigan. A hard-fought battle from both teams concluded in a 3-4 win for the Broncos over the Eagles. EMU did not secure any double points, losing both the No. 1 and No. 3 matches while No. 2 was unable to be finished.
