Former EMU track and field athletes Donald Scott and Lahsene Bouchikhi are set to compete in the 2022 World Athletics Championship. Scott is a 2015 EMU graduate and former eight-time Mid-American Conference Champion. Bouchikhi earned First Team All-MAC honors his junior year and placed fifth in the Spartan Invitational with a time of 25:11.2 in the 8,000 meter race.

Schram has an overall 120-49 career record in nine seasons as a women’s tennis head coach. Schram has led three other college tennis programs, recording an all-time winning percentage of .710.
